Room 386 is classed accessible but it is furthest from reception and the lift. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the ridiculous distance from the lift.

Decent stay for the price

It was rather difficult to find the car park… not well sign posted at all! If you are not local, you really need to find out where the entrance of this Cleveland car park is, before arriving. Once parked, it’s rather convenient, just take an elevator down to reception. Basic amenities, but staff are very friendly and helpful.

Such a shame about the noise

This could have been so much better if the windows in room 118 were double glazed better. From the time we got there until early hours of the morning all we could hear was thud this of awful music . Spoilt what could have been a lovely stay as room was good and comfortable, food good and staff friendly.
