This stunning property is part of the owner's Victorian villa which has been newly refurbished and offers beautifully appointed and comfortable accommodation on the edge of Matlock. The large dining room offers enough space for a family feast, all cooked in the ultra-modern kitchen. The spacious and comfortable living room is made all the more cosy with its gas coal effect fire.
Just five minutes walk through the park will take you to Matlock with its many stores, eateries and bars. Take a meandering walk up onto Riber hillside for breathtaking views over the Peak District.

Lovely property in a wonderful location

The property is in a great location for exploring the Dales, cities like Derby and places like Chatsworth. Matlock is a lovely town and property is spacious with good facilities. We were 5 adults and felt like we had our own space and space to be together. Multiple streaming was a bit problematical but for general use was absolutely fine. We would definitely stay again and 1 week was not enough to do all there is to do in the area.
