Travelled with family
It was a family stay with our two children for a 2 night stay. On arrival the ceiling was damaged (see photo), the apartment wasn’t clean (dirty drinking glasses, wet washing in the washing machine, dust). Main door to all the apartments wasn’t locked so anyone could just enter. Second night of stay, we arrived back to the apartments to a police car and van due to criminal behaviour of someone else staying in the other apartment. Police car and van reminded at the apartment for 4 hours in addition more police cars and police dogs arrived to the apartment above us. Our children were scared and waited to go home but we didn’t dare to leave the apartment with all the police presence. Police left at 1am and they some young lads rang our door bell and 2pm after someone and woke our children up. The noise up from the apartment up above us who had the police there was horrific and we simply didn’t enjoy this visit and would never entertain staying here again and our children were very scared due to it been like a crime scene. I contacted customer services and said it would be send to management but no one has contacted me.

I booked this apartment for my work colleagues . The booking process was extremely straightforward. We had a couple of teething issues that were sorted out . The management team running this are superb . They are extremely professional and highly recommended.
