About the property
Victoria Lodge is part of the grand entrance to a country estate complete with your very own hot tub and sauna. Along with this, enjoy a comfortable living room with a log burner, a country-style kitchen with high-end fixtures and a relaxing en-suite bedroom. Being only an hour's drive from the Cotswolds, this beautiful estate offers stunning lakeside and woodland walks for you and your four-legged friends and access to a pre-bookable indoor swimming pool.
The space
This luxurious sandstone gatehouse lodge is one of a pair at the entrance to a beautiful Herefordshire country estate. With stunning lake views and surrounding countryside, it's the perfect hideaway for two.

The lodge is furnished to a very high standard and on the ground floor you'll find an open plan living room, beautifully decorated and furnished with faux leather sofas, a 49" LED Smart TV and a log burner for those cosy nights in.

From the hallway there is access to a shower room with step-in power shower, WC and hand wash basin. Also on the ground floor is a small utility room comprising washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The country-style kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units and all the accessories you will need, including an oven, hob, toaster, dishwasher and seating for four guests.

Venture up the glassed-in spiral wooden staircase, where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, luxury linens, a wall mounted TV and wardrobe space. The en-suite with excellent quality fittings comprises a bath with an overhead power shower, heated towel rail and a touch light mirror.

The outside space has been thoughtfully laid out with an enclosed garden, two-person barrel sauna, hot tub, garden furniture and a BBQ. Meanwhile, the shared, on-site swimming pool is also available to book for two hours per day via the app.
Guest access
The property is accessed via a private entrance and a member of the estate staff will be on hand to meet and greet guest on arrival. We request that you call 15 minutes prior to arrival and you will be met at the gates.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Pool: Daily two-hour pool slots are bookable in advance subject to availabiity. Information will be sent to you prior to arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Lovely peaceful hideaway
We had such a chilled, lovely weekend here. It was everything we needed. The hot tub & Sauna we’re perfect, the grounds are stunning and great for peaceful stroll. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I thought the property was lovely, the on site staff (liz) was very helpful and responsive. The grounds were equally as charming and the facilities were all in good condition. Value for money though is questionable.
