Mouldy and Rusty Shower fitments

The shower in our room was in a shocking state - rusty fitments and mouldy grout, and the room was generally dusty. I would not have a guest in my own house with a bathroom like this, never mind paying over £100 for the stay. We arrived after a long journey on a tight schedule so did not have time to complain that evening.

It was everything youd expect.. clean, quiet, efficient. Breakfast was excellent but we did have food on friday night due to our late arrival and it was awful. We waited 45 mins at least for luke warm and dry food. Its absolutely not cooked to order but if it is there is sething seriously wrong. If its not then there are no exvuses for servkng food of yhat standard.
