Staff were very rude and made our stay very unwelcoming I have written a letter to the managing director of the hotel of our experience whilst we was there and I hope To hear back something soon as this was a waist of time and money and we have come away feeling very low.

We booked an impromptu break and stumbled across this hotel. It was amazing! The room was fabulous and the food in the restaurant was superb. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Fantastic hotel, sea views, great food & rooms furnished very well. Comfortable beds great showers and nice swimming pool. Easy parking on site, nice breakfast. 😃

Staff were really lovely and friendly and the building is grand and impressive. It was a shame there is no view from the restaurant and the rooms and decor generally felt dated. Worth the money, but I do think the drinks were overpriced!

Excellent location and a the room was spacious and very comfortable. Somewhat surprised that the breakfast was a buffet style, but there was plenty of options and staff were polite and helpful.

Nice Hotel but could do better

Nice hotel. Bar and restaurant lack a bit of character. Checkout at 11 and checkin only at 4 seems poor considering most at least let you checkin by 3 and out at 12 these days. They tell you to keep trying before 4 if you try to checkin earlier but that’s a waste of time. They could make more of the outside space to make it more inviting for people to use it for drinks or food, especially at the from opposite the sea. Staff all friendly and helpful

The hotel is lovely. Large clean rooms with massive bed and aircon. We could see the sea from ours without paying the extra for it: the price was fantastic. Not much to do in the are but we were visiting port lympne so the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Only downside to our visit was the noise from the air con. We didn’t sleep all night. I raised it with the reception when I left and was told that she would inform maintenance.
