Perfect hotel room for the night.

The hotel was exactly what we expected when we booked. A great bed for the night. Staff were good at their jobs. Unfortunately the management seemed to be rather unpleasant to the staff which left a sour note as we were leaving. We did not get breakfast or use the hotel's car park.

Great central location to walk to the Deep and wonderful restaurant Osteria. Kewl history of the building being the machine house for the grist mill.

Not the best it could be

The receptionist looked down her nose at us and told us we didnt have a booking. Then suddenly found it, but didnt apologise. The bed was really uncomfy and creaked at the slightest movement.

The hotel is ok at best no free parking for guests £7 !! no proper breakfast tiny rooms. Staff were pleasant enough overall disappointed with my experience at the Cornmill
