Enjoyed the history of the property. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Struggled with electronics and phone charging. Electrical and charging recepticals need to be updated and increased in number available

I had a wonderful time staying at the Langshott Manor. It's such a beautiful hotel in Surrey. The staff were very friendly and professional and the room was very beautiful, clean and cozy. The breakfast served was amazing. It truly made my stay in the UK very memorable and I will definitely return and recommend the beautiful hotel to all my family and friends.

There's no air conditioning and the room was really really hot. It was difficult (impossible?) to make the shower cold. Building is beautiful and grounds are beautiful. Hotel is a touch expensive to have no AC. Breakfast was good

The staff were so lovely and helpful . Beautiful room , especially the bathroom . Our Sunday roast was delicious. The cooked breakfast was nice but the breakfast table was disappointing as lacked choice and not value for money . Overall we had a lovely stay

Train your staff….

The hotel and the food were as expected, although the building is looking tired. Whilst very willing and pleasant the staff lacked training and the two young front of house staff were trying to cover numerous roles. More staff with better training would go a long way to improve the experience.

Beautiful property ideally placed near Gatwick. Gardens lovely staff pleasant not intrusive and respectful of privacy Disadvantage was early check out at 11am felt this needed to be revised

Fantastic listed building & wonderful surroundings

Beautiful building with wonderful surroundings, we loved every minute of our stay from the wonderful service through to the very comfortable rooms. The restaurant is superb with a lovely atmosphere and outstanding food at a great price.

This hotel makes staying at the airport seem far from a hardship. What a historic, lovely gem! It would be wonderful even if we weren't so conveniently located next to Gatwick. Not that you even know the airport is even here in this tidy bucolic pocket.

Langshott was a wonderful stop on our trip across Southern England. A friend recommended Premier Inn, but I wanted something a little more B&B. Langshott was perfect. The staff were very friendly and really worked to ensure we were enjoying our stay. The property was beautiful and clean. Really enjoyed having breakfast in their dinning room with wonderful views of the grounds and pond. Our room was clean, comfortable and just the rigjt balance of old world with modern amenities. Great stay!
