Amazing place to stay!

Wow! What a fabulous place to stay! From the minute we arrived to the moment we left, Gary and Julie were brilliant hosts. My friend and I booked this as a last minute stay (for 2 nights) and I'm so glad we chose to stay here. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! The twin room we stayed in was lovely. I've never seen so many hot drink options offered in a room, plus fresh milk (available in a small fridge) as well as homemade brownies. Breakfast was delicious, with such a wide variety of options available. The granola yogurt was especially great. I just wish I had a bigger appetite so could have made the most of what was on offer! My friend is vegan and there were plenty of options made available for her eat. Location is perfect. A short walk from the town centre and only a few minutes walk from the seafront. If you're looking for a central location, welcoming hosts and a comfortable night's sleep, then this is the place to go!

Fathers Day weekend

Could not have asked for better hosts, made you feel welcome before even leaving home with a courtesy text to ask what time you'll be checking in the day before. Breakfast was exemplary and best we ever had at a b and b. Rooms was superb and came with everything you'd expect and was of the highest standard. But the biggest stand out was the hosts Gary and Julie. Went above and beyond for us as guests and should be the blueprint for other b and b owners going forward. If I was ever to come back to great Yarmouth, this is where I'd stay every time

Best in Yarmouth!

Regular visitors to Great Yarmouth and this is the best place we've stayed at by far. It will be our new go to place. We couldn't possibly fault anything. Julie and Gary were the best hosts / owners. The location is less than a 5 min walk to the shop, pier and sea front. Breakfast was large, with the best fresh ingredients. Spacious and good looking room. Service above and beyond. Cleanliness was spotless. Amenities and little touches all top notch!

A very warm welcome by Julie and Gary, both of whom are friendly and happy to give plenty of recommendations about the local area. Spacious room with great amenities, a comfy bed and a bathroom that has a fantastic bath and shower! Lovely breakfast in the morning, and nothing was too much trouble.

This place was fantastic. Super nice and helpful owners, amazing breakfast, perfect location (few minute walk to the coast or to town), and great rooms. But what really set it apart was the overall feel of it - way more of a home away from home than a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

It was fantastic, all the little things make it special. Like a fridge in the room with fresh milk in it. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. I have never been made to feel so welcome. I said at the time it’s the best B&B I’ve stayed in. Thank you both.

Best hosts, Best breakfasts.

Amazing hosts, fantastic (low carbon footprint) breakfasts. Would not recommend it if you don't like stairs, but it's an old house - what can you do. As near to the centre of Great Yarmouth as you can possibly get. Minutes to walk anywhere. Great hosts - did I already say that - it needs saying twice. Gary and Julie obviously love what they do and it shows.

Amazing Holiday in Amazing Guest House

First of all we would like to say a huge thank you to Gary and Julie for the fantastic stay at the Kilbrannan Guest House! Amazing hosts, amazing food, amazing customer service, spotlessly clean house, rooms are so comfortable and the home made cakes, breakfast and bread will make you forget about your diet :) great location. Everything was just perfect! Definitely the best Guest House we ever stayed in. Gary and Julie will make sure that you are having the best time in their house! We were suggested the good places to visit and eat outside. We were looked after, like we were a part of the family! We've made a right choice by choosing the Kilbrannan Guest House and we are definitely going back there. We wish you all the best and hope we will see you soon! x x

Excellent and close to beach.

We have stayed in lots of hotels, but none are as good as this. Julie and Gary are so friendly, and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, and so very clean and very comfortable. We actually had a seating area with tv away from the bedroom, and homemade cakes. Breakfast is wonderful, and so much choice. We are going to return soon. Thanks Julie and Gary.
