With the National Trust deer park, Belton House, Grimsthorpe Castle and Rutland Water all within a 30-minute drive, you are sure of never a dull moment with plenty to see and do. The nearby town of Grantham has a great selection of amenities, or travel slightly further on to Stamford, home of the famous Burghley Horse Trials.

The barn itself has two bedrooms on the first floor, with the double bedroom also benefitting from a small en-suite. Downstairs you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar and enjoy the view from the French doors that lead to the rear garden and patio.
