If you want a place for quiet, have a light meal and a good nights sleep, then this is it. But if you want space to spread out or to do some work, not so good.
It’s an ideal stop prior to an early morning flight.
A great choice for early flights! The room was spotless and cozy, and the service at the check-in desk was excellent. The only downside was the TV signal. Would definitely recommend!

Not bad for short sleep before departure. A bit overpriced. Bed is located pretty high,not very comfortable to climb up and down if you need something from a bag or a shower room. Bath mat inside shower cabin could be a good option.
Great location, inside the South terminal. Quite a few restaurants and coffee shops within short walking distance. Room is spacious and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Small pod room with a ledge to get up onto bed. Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. It is for sleeping only. No room to open suitcase or sit and relax. but practical and sufficient. I have stayed here many times and it is convenient for early gatwick flights.

Staff are very very friendly and helpful. Someone at the desk 24 hours (made us coffee at 2am)
Had a very early flight, so really convenient. Easy shuttle to north terminal, as hotel is close to train.
Would recommend for a short stay, clean and functional.

Everything was good & clean. The double reclining bed was high, difficult for bad backs to scramble onto!! Staff nice & helpful.
Very convenient and comfortable stay. Rooms were small but had everything I needed for a short stay. Only negative is you can hear your neighbours but it didn’t disrupt the stay too much.
This is a very convenient option for those arriving late and leaving early. The rooms are tiny but clean and perfectly functional (well, the TV remote was temperamental, but that was a small matter). The only issue I had was that I arrived around 10pm, and NO ONE WAS AT RECEPTION when I arrived. The doors were locked and I couldn’t get in. I didn’t know whether I’d be locked out all night, and there was no one to contact. It was rather upsetting. Please tell staff that if they leave their post they should have the courtesy to place a “Back in 10 min” sign on the door so we know what the heck is happening if the desk is deserted.
