Excellent staff in the reception, very friendly and professional. Very clean rooms. Bed was extremely comfortable. Could do with just a couple more options at breakfast like fresh bread. Can't beat it's convenience - it's meters away from easyJet north terminal check-in and departures. Will definitely consider staying for future visits.

Was a very quick stay as flight was 6am - hotel was very handy, clean and quiet enough to sleep, with a very polite receptionist when checking in. Bar and restaurant was very busy and they seemed a little overwhelmed - might have been as it was the start of the Xmas rush

Small room, dirty carpet, loud, uncomfortable bed, room was freezing. We booked for the convenience to make our flight. The location was phenomenal as it is attached to the North Terminal of Gatwick Airport. We booked a larger family room.. the room was small. There is a window that you could not look out of because, sounded like, we were on the other end of the train. The noise from the trains constantly going by was loud. The heat did not work properly and the room was freezing cold. I slept in my closthes alonfg with using a blanket. The bed was lumpy and lopsided. When we arrived, the sofa bed was pulled out. With just my husband and myself, we did not need that bed. To make room, we closed the sofa bed to find a dirty carpet. The breakfast was decent and included. We will NOT be staying there ever again. Extremely disappointed. This was a very negative experience.

Could have done better.

Location is excellent but because of the building work adjacent to the hotel the window in the room was blacked out with plastic sheeting. This made a lot of noise in the wind. No usb charging points in room, would expect this in an airport hotel of ghis standard.

Staff were welcoming and check-in was really easy, 2min walk to the terminal and lovely rooms. However, when we got up at 4am to catch our early flight there was not hot water!! When we told the reception desk they apoligised and said somebody else had already complained and they were investigating so we just got a quick apology and a cold shower!

Very convenient for an early morning flight from Gatwick North terminal. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. It was a bit cold when I arrived and it was not obvious how to turn on the heating, but once on it soon warmed up. The bathroom had a large shower cubicle and plenty of hot water. There was no hook for hanging up the towel, which was a bit odd. The hotel rate was very good, Wi-Fi was free and breakfast was included.
