I have stayed here before. Good quality hotel clean and good maintenance of all areas.The only problem is I wasn’t happy I had a check in with my passport even though I am British and have a uk passport.

Rubbish but great location

We stayed for 1 night prior to a very early flight the next day. Breakfast was included in the price but when we went to the breakfast buffet there was no food available. All the food baskets were empty so we couldnt even make ourselves some toast. We had no choice but to buy breakfast in the airport which was nice but very expensive. The hotel bar / resturant was uninviting with a poor menu selection. It felt like sitting in an overpriced cafe rather than a lounge. The only good thing about the hotel was the location and the covered walkway into the airport.

Stay was really good. We checked in very late as flight was late, but this was no issue and reception had it noted. Only criticism us that the choice at breakfast was rather limited - not as good a range as at other hotels.

Hotel located in the North terminal. Its convenient if you have a layover in London that you don't have to leave the airport. Only thing its nothing around in the area , there are buses around and train if you do want to get around.

Very good but a couple of observations.

It was very good apart from not receiving the 03:30 alarm call which we arranged at reception. This could have resulted in a costly missed flight. Luckily, my phone alarm worked! Also, the breakfast at 04:00 was basic at best. Loved the convenience of the hotel and all other aspects were good.

Hotel spotless.

The room was lovely. Very large and spotlessly clean. The beds were quite firm but very large for singles. The pillows were very soft and went flat the minute your head touched them. The menu for the evening meal was disappointing so went into the airport to the restaurant there. The breakfast was ok but no bacon on offer. It’s very convenient for the airport but not sure I would use again.

The room was fine, but the breakfast was rather limited and not as good as other hotel chains. The evening meal options are very limited.

I stayed here as I had a flight leaving quite early the next morning, and wanted to be close to the terminal. On that front, this place is hard to beat — it's connected directly to North Terminal by a skybridge, and you don't even have to go outside to get to your plane in the morning. A so-called "continental" breakfast is available very early in the morning, but it's not really continental — just the cold stuff, hot drinks, and toast. (Full breakfast is served later, apparently.) Check in involved signing a piece of paper with a broken link to Hilton's privacy policy, which basically says that they'll sell all your data to anybody unless you send in an objection, which I wasn't impressed by. In general, everything was fine, but not quite to the standard of a Premier Inn. Since there's one of those at a comparable price just a couple of minutes' walk away, I'd probably try that in future.
