The hotel is good and very convenient to go to the airport, given the shuttle that stop at the hotel front door and take you straight to the airport.

Needed a hotel near Gatwick for an early morning flight and this was perfect. It may take a little more than 10 minutes if you're walking with luggage/ kids etc but there is a lot of signage re how to get there from the airport. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.Staff was friendly.

The restaurant food was no where near the standard I have come to expect from this hotel chain in Canada. I realize it’s a hotel of convenience being so close to the airport however I do think the menu and quality of food could be greatly improved.
