Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Hotels dot com did not tell me the property had changed owners and my booking was no longer valid. Arrived to check in and had to pay for another room other than the one I thought I had previously booked

What stay !!! No stay turned away. No booking. Hotel has changed hands and they said that YOU knew. Left high and dry nowhere to stay. Weekend ruined. I will wait for your response then review. Look out for the review. REFUND IMMEDIATELY
