Comfortable stay close to Gatwick Airport. Helpful staff. There is a local bus to the airport but we took a cab (booked by staff).

Stayed here a number of times over the years. The hotel food is still too expensive for what it is in my opinion, and the menu is not exciting and has not changed over the years. The room i was allocated this time was older and I requested a swap which was honoured, but generally the rooms need a fresher look and furniture replacement. The gym , changing rooms and pool area needs some modernisation. Lockers have been broke for years. A sauna would be a nice touch. I like the hotel location for work and generally the hotel is good but I think it needs a refresh and update in certain areas.

The entrance to the property could use a larger sign at the traffic circle. We missed it the first time. Other than that small issue, the property is great. Parking is very convenient. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was great.

TRANSPORT NEEDED !!

Not as pleased as i expected to be honest.went with 2 children 4 and 5 years old.got there at 3 to check in only find the bar and restaurant etc opens at 4pm and close at 10pm.the situation the hotel is sited on is a long long walk from the hotel on a very busy roundabout.too far to walk with 2 young children.just thought everything would have been available all day for hotel residents!!

Very nice rooms and staff. Not huge rooms but much better than most airport local hotels. Restaurant and bar was very nice. Large Tesco about 500m away which is good

It was not the best for walking in and out of town. The carpet in the rooms was coming up. The reception was not very welcoming. No water in the room. The downstairs looks great, but it’s false advertisement once you get to your room. Also the horrible. We ordered dinner and couldn’t even eat it.

It was a stay before an early fling guy very clean and comfortable with left My car there for 8 nights £10 a night decent parking I have a Range Rover Velar and managed to get an end space which was good enough
