Delightful two bedroom cottage set in the middle of our 350 acre farm and overlooking beautiful East Yorkshire countryside and our very own paddocks. Sympathetically renovated barn conversion which is modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, shower room and comfortable super king beds which can be split into singles if required. There is also a comfortable sitting area with smart TV. We have free WiFi, on site parking and EV charging. All of our cottages are rural, we welcome two well behaved dogs. There is lots of beautiful walks in the area and we are within easy travelling distance of Beverley, York and Hull as well as the East Yorkshire Coast.

More than expected.
Stopped in for a three nights stay while our daughter was competing in the local area. Nicely done barn conversion into appartments. Clean and good sized rooms and beds, kitchen with plenty of appliances, nice shower, fast wifi and tv. Easy parking. Chickens and ducks wandering about, plenty of fields to walk dog in the morning, lots of horses and equestrian facilities. Very nice relaxing stay out the way and quiet. Thank you.

Enjoyable break
We have had a lovely break at the Rolling Mill. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and have everything we needed. David and Rachel was very friendly and welcoming. The location is stunning and perfect for families and pets. Will definitely return in the near future.

Peaceful location
Enjoyed our stay and would definately consider going back. Apartment was modern and comfortable but didn't realize we shared a garden or that we were upstairs- perhaps I missed this in the description. Hosts were attentive and friendly and dealt with minor issues very promptly. No hesitation in recommending the cottages to other people. Thanks Rachel and Dave.

Beautiful and quiet
A very modern and impressive barn conversion. Well laid out in design and there was nothing that we wanted for. Lovely to come home to after a long walk or a day at the office. Rachel and Dave very welcoming. A must whilst staying is to walk some of the Wolds way from the farm, day one we came across a lovely herd of deer in the valley.
