Hilton Cobham Hotel

Excellent, all staff were very polite and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious, had everything I needed, I was very impressed with the air conditioning at Hilton Cobham - I was able to choose my own comfort level not like many hotels - even many of the larger hotel chains - where someone else decides your comfort level I will certainly be using Hilton hotels again

Booked for my parents. They enjoyed their stay but were annoyed by some hidden charges. Parking being the main one. Prices on the menu could also be made more clear.

Staff were kind and helpful but not very resourceful. The Aircon broke in day 1, and was still broken when we left five days later. Lots of clanging doors and noisy staff in the early morning, but nothing changed when we complained. Long on empathy, but sadly short on solutions.

We arrived late evening due to travel problems, so didn’t see much of hotel. Breakfast was excellent great variety of food options , helpful staff. Would definitely use again.

We have booked 1 King bed with 1 sofa bed, but the hotel did not prepare the sofa bed on our arrival and we had to call reception and sort it out late night. The hand soap dispenser was also empty.
