Our hosts, Sue and Paul were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Ivy House. Our room was comfortable and sunny. Breakfast was delicious, especially the delightful brown toast.

Ivy House... highly recommend!

Fantastic central location. Friendly welcome & local knowledge. Well kept, comfortable property. Quality bed & bed linen, spacious bedroom, nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast ! Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast... full English with locally sourced sausage & bacon. Amazing !

Cosy stay in Cirencester

Very friendly and spotlessly clean.

A great place with very friendly people and excellent breakfast. Extremely well set up rooms albeit a little small for two people with international travel cases.

I had a very nice one night stay at this B and B The owners were very friendly and the room was clean with nice decorations.My only negative comment to make is that a black out blind would be nice as the early morning sun woke us both up ! Would recommend this place to friends and family

This B and B was excellent in every way. Hospitality was top notch and a cut above the rest. From the well thought out and comfortable and spacious rooms, wonderful bedding, to amazing and ample breakfasts, could not have asked for more. Thank you to Sue and Paul. Sorry to leave it behind!

First class stay in Cirencester

Good location just off the centre of Cirencester. Off street parking also available for about 5-6 cars. Rooms very comfortable in a well maintained Victoria building. Gardens were beautiful. Breakfast was exceptional.

Lovely Guest House

Stayed for one night only. Given a ground floor room which was small but perfectly formed. Tea/Coffee facilities plus bottled water provided in room. Small en-suite with walk-in shower(toiletries included). Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast- continental and full English. Welcoming hosts and on site parking available. Great location near town centre. Highly recommended.

This property deserves 6 stars. Spent 4 nights here recently & the hosts Paul & Sue are beyond brilliant! Helpful, kind & generous with their time & advice. The bedrooms are beautifully set up. Crisp linen on the beds - towels thick & fluffy. Sue has thought of everything! And if they don’t have it they’ll source it if they can. The breakfasts are delicious & plentiful. Cooked to your preference. We were in the downstairs room. Very comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Just be aware the bnb is on the corner of 2 roads & if you’re a light sleeper that might be an issue. I slept with headphones on but husband didn’t hear a thing! If the window is closed though it really mutes it. Such a delightful stay with wonderful hosts. Thank you.

Paul & Sue were very good hosts & went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfasts were also superb. Would highly recommend The Ivy House.

Fantastic place to stay

Warm welcome, house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, rooms are pretty, very comfortable and cosy. Breakfast was fabulous, beautiful bacon, sausage, egg and mushrooms. Very nice coffee too. Would highly recommend the Ivy House. Just a pity we could only stay for one night.
