This is a nice new hotel with lovely decor. Rooms are well equipped and the staff are polite. However you must avoid room 9. It is located right next to a service door. The room aren’t sound proofed and every time the door closes it sounds like a bomb going off. The door was used constantly until 11:00pm and woke me up at 5:30am. Requesting a room further down the corridor away from the entrance door would be advised.

We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and paid to include breakfast. Yet on both mornings they had run out of pastries,when asking if they had more I was quite rudely told no !!! On the first morning there were several options from the menu we were told weren’t available so this left a very limited choice. Unfortunately a couple of our party went without breakfast. Overall the breakfast let the experience down.

Great hotel, really convenient location for our trip to Thorpe Park. Lovely friendly staff. The room was clean and felt quite luxurious with some of the nice touches. Parking was easy and felt secure. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend getaway

Family stay in order to visit a sporting event. Two nights in hotel, Rooms were great, staff were excellent. Had Food on one evening again first class and great breakfast included in the price

Pleasent overnight stsy

Nice place for an overnight stay.Room was very comfortable ,nice decor.Staff were very kind and welcoming .Was good value compared to other hotels in the area .Parking was good and plentiful .
