Room was dirty with ripped bedding. Air con did not work and room was very hot we had to leave the window open. Woken up at 2.30 am with people screaming outside until 4am. Dan in bathroom did not work so it was like a sweat box

Average at best. The room was ok but very hot. The corridors were air conditioned the rooms like an oven. the food service poor and not great quality in evening the breakfast was ok. Parking was chargeable. The location didn’t feel that safe or secure. Would t stay again.

Stayed here for 1 night on a Saturday. Right on the main street for nightclubs so it was noisy u til the small hours of the morning, followed by the clean up operation and lots of moving vehicles. The room carpet was disgusting, and there was a trail of blood running through the corridor for about 30 metres. Not a pleasant stay at all. Bed was comfy though, and the shower room did it's job!

City center yes but no information in advance about parking, had to pay at a car park further away. Lots of flirting between female staff and road workers who seem to be frequent visitors sometimes annoying customers.

Carpets looks dirty, room was bit bad smell when we entered .management need to change the carpet of this hotel. Staff working in this hotel were excellent, very help full. Breakfast was great.This hotel is Very convenient for transport in the heart of Carlisle city.

Great hotel

Perfect central location with free parking. Easy to check in. Across from 2 Wetherspoons and plenty of restaurants nearby. Will stay again when back in Carlisle

Property is becoming run down compared to a few years ago. Carpets stained, on the lift foyer a chocolate ball has been lying on the floor since our first visit August 2nd. Air conditioning is not working or the fan in the bathroom. Almost like a sauna. Rooms very hot. Staff pleasant, food in dining room good. Convienient

The room was extremely hot. The room air conditioning was not working. I spoke to the staff who said this was normal. Breakfast was nice.

Very good stay!

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive to customer needs. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and a fairly decent variety of options. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Carlisle.

Short family break.

Lovely beds very comfortable and walk in shower roomy. Friendly staff. Convenient location to shops & sight seeing. Family all had a good time. All found night time quiet so was surprised for City centre.
