This hotel is right in the middle of the town. It is not only convenient, it is also clean and the breakfast is delicious. We had a good experience at this hotel.

Modern hotel surrounded by History

Beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Canterbury. The food and bar area in the lobby coupled with the rooftop lounge makes for a very comfortable stay with so much available to their guests.

Very clean room and common areas. Excellent breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. Ideal central location near public transport especially Canterbury East train station. Will definitely use again if staying in Canterbury.

Everything was great! They checked my ID for proof that it was me which I loved. There’s someone 24/7 so you can check out whenever you want which was great for me since I have to leave around 3am for my bus. Breakfast was great and alot of options. The room was so clean as well as the bathroom. No silverfish. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. My experience with this hotel was great and I will come back again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

This is a brand new hotel perfectly located in the centre of Canterbury. It has good security: (you need a key card to operate the lift) and the rooms are generally well appointed. There are tea/coffee making facilities in the room, a safe and a good array of dispensers in the bathroom. We found the beds uncomfortable, but we were only staying one night. The staff are friendly and helpful. This was our final stop of our holiday after a driving tour through France and Switzerland and, ironically the first time we encountered any language difficulties. No biggie however. Unfortunately, as with many city centre hotels, there is no onsite parking so you have to use the shopping centre parking round the corner and carry your luggage between the two. The hotel offers 24th parking for £25. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Canterbury.

Clean and Modern Room, Great Service

The room was very clean and modern. Every item in the room were also of similar quality. It was better than many 4star hotels we've been in, almost as good as a 5 star. Staff were also very friendly and we had our questions answered promptly. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Canterbury.

Fantastic property and the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of the historic Canterbury town. Five minutes walk to the cathedral. Surrounded by pedestrian only streets full of shops, restaurants, tea, rooms, pubs, and shopping, beautiful and charming area. The hotel was modern, very clean, good breakfast. The staff were fantastic.

In the middle of it all

The Hampton in Canterbury could not be better placed - right in the middle of everything withoutbeing noisy or too busy. Breakfast was good and kind staff. I would stsy there again.

Excellent location and staff

Great location and comfortable room. Staff were excellent. We had some issues with the room on arrival and the staff were very quick to help. Only issue was that the hotel is next to some bars which means it can get quite noisy at night.
