Can't say enough nice things about this place!

The room was great (10th floor), staff were really pleasant and knowledgable. Breakfast was great. Price I paid was cheaper than a budget hotel!

Not as advertised

I booked a family room with two double beds. This hotel does not have rooms with two double beds. Either two singles or one double. Hotel blamed Expedia. Not happy.

Really great hotel for business

The hotel is extremely well located, minutes from the M6. There is plenty of parking too. My room had recently been refurbished and was very comfortable. There is fast wi-fi and a desk in room to work at with plenty of plug points. This is really good value for money.

Valentine's

We stayed here for valentines it would have been nice if the occasion was acknoliged in some way we went to Georgios Greek restaurant and vinny's bar which was great
