Memory foam beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 47-inch Smart televisions come with digital channels and Netflix. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with rainfall showerheads, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

Experience was pretty good food can be better at the buffet side, The only really bad experience was for our kids we mainly chose this for the slide in the pool for 5 straight days it was closed until the day we departure they opened it up I wish they informed us the slide was closed for maintenance

I stayed at Nizuc but wished I would've stayed at Sunrise instead. The majority of events, activities, and dinining options were at Sunrise and so we did ALOT of walking to there. I liked how Nizuc was more quiet and not as crowded as the Grand and Sunrise. I felt like there should've been more food options to choose from for the price that was paid for the resort, but the service and cleanliness of the resort made up for it. Overall, it was a great experience there.

Beautiful property. Lanscaping was great. Food was average at best. Like a cruise line food service. Did not explain in any detail the VIP benefits. Limited access to the grand and made use of it difficult to obtain.
