Good morning, Thank you for leaving a review. I recall it was myself that checked you in. First, please accept my sincere apologies that your expectations were not met with regards to the room type. As the third party booking had been booked as a non-specific room type, it was allocated to what we had available on the day of your arrival and unfortunately we had no double rooms available. I made sure I completed regular walks of the building past your room and kept the reception phone on loud incase you needed anything or suffered a seizure. I would kindly ask that you feed this back directly to the website you booked through to ensure your room preferences are sent through correctly next time. I also apologise if I wasn't clear enough with the breakfast offerings and recall you being a little upset about this at check-in. We do try to keep third party booking websites up-to date with the current offerings of the hotel, but as many aren't controlled by us we're unable to make sure they're all correct which led to the upset caused at check-in when I explained the offerings for the morning to you. When you are travelling back to Burnley again in the future, please reach out to me directly at the hotel so I can try make this right for you. It would be a shame if this difficult stay was the only experience you had of our Hotel. Kindest of regards, Ashley
