One of the most imposing buildings on the seafront is Carlton Lodge and this lovely apartment offers fabulous views across the bay together with comfortable spacious accommodation for four.  Located right at the heart of Broadstairs which offers an excellent selection of restaurants and cafes - even a cafe at the end of the jetty, where you can sample a traditional seaside snack of potted cockles or shrimps.   The Lift to the Sands opposite the property, will transport you down to the sandy beach, where you can stroll along the boardwalk to the Tartar Frigate pub or visit Bleak House once the home of Charles Dickens.

Absolutely Perfect
We have stayed in Holiday Apartments, flats, cottages and so forth all over the UK for many years. Carlton Bay is in the best location of any of them. Wonderful views across the bay and sea with so much to watch. So near the local amenities but just far enough (100 mtrs or so) to be a little quieter in evenings. It really does have everything you are likely to need . Like so many others our first action on returning home was to try and book for next year.

Lovely apartment
Ideal situation on sea front. Balcony gets the morning sun and is ideal for people watching. Kitchen is very well stocked with all you could need. We take a lot of time selecting our holiday apartment and this is definately the best in 11 years .
