Had a really comfortable stay here, with nice big bed and good shower. Enjoyed using the spa. Unfortunately could not park outside the lodge due to vans.

Booked almost wholly due to lovely leisure facilities . Great pool and spa things to enjoy. Room a bit small for 2 but ok.

Lovely stay close to centre

Great twixmas stay. Hotel very clean and great location...small path behind the lodges leads down into town in under 10mins. Lovely pool and spa too. Will be back again for sure

Fantastic stay here

Our stay here was lovely; the staff at reception were extremely welcoming, informative and friendly. There was lots of activities to do such as use of the spa, fitness classes, swimming pool and great gym. I only made use of the gym but on both occasions the staff were just fab, really nice. We didn't make use of the restaurant as we had already made arrangements elsewhere yet we absolutely would have done. The menu looked good and prices reasonable. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the shower was really good to. We were very comfortable. Parking was secure and the location to walk into Bournemouth town was great. We would definitely return and recommend to others for a sporty stay or absolute relax.

What a mix of extremes- site difficult to find in darkness, easy in daytime. As you approach there’s a big board on right advertising what’s available in the ‘park’ which focussed your attention that side- the hotel is however ticked away uphill to the left. Receptionist tried very hard to help establish where i was and direct me. Room absolutely reeked of mould, having driven 3.5 hours through heavy traffic I was too tired to complain- but should have. Having just been diagnosed asthmatic I hadn’t anticipated how badly it would affect me in the night. Carpets also a bit stained. I didn’t expect things to be perfect , but perhaps better than I got. Overnight sleep was patchy as my room overlooks the A338 dual carriageway. Other than the mould and carpet, the room felt and looked spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, linen clean, shower nice and suitable power level. Tea/ coffee facilities good. Back to the mould, I investigated this in the morning after my troublesome night- my conclusion(right or wrong) was that this room hadn’t been used for a while - cleaners had tried hard to clean the mould away- dislodged grouting remained on window sills however. Room was freezing cold- it took a good couple of hours before the small wall heater got it up to an acceptable temperature. Aside from the main road, views out of the windows were lovely in daylight- wooded area. On leaving receptionist asked if had a good stay - I mentioned about the smell of mould & traffic noise-no real reaction

We love it here, staff are always so friendly and happy to be there, love the rooms, huge beds and lovely modern bathrooms. Super quiet area tucked away but close to town and beach etc. Pool and spa is fantastic!

Great value, friendlyservice, awesome food!

Second time here staying for business, and again impressed with the price, quality of rooms, great bathrooms. Free parking is a plus on top of the fact you can go into the spa and gym free, wonderful jacuzzi and sauna! What really tops it for me is the staff, every time I feel I get first class service. As well as the food, have not had a breakfast this good in a long time! I am signing up to book direct in future as will be visiting regularly for work.

The location was great as it was quiet, relaxed yet you could walk into town. The pool, sauna and steam room were superb. Our room was ok, but surprised there was no safe.
