Have to check in at seperate building past hotel. This time year early dark nights not good lighting to find entrance and exit to car parks. Also if you want to eat here have to go back to seperaye building further on from hotel.

Comfortable & clean

Nice, clean, comfortable. Would have preferred if signs directed you to the Bain reception for check in before you take the trouble to park up and walk to the hotel door where there us a sign saying to check in at the main building first 😂 also would have liked plugs by the bed for phone charging and more milk for coffee. All in all though a decent nights sleep, would use again if needed

Basic accommodation and poor facilities

Ultra basic accommodation with no frills. Very poor mattress quality. Bar and restaurant closed for private function with no advanced notice. No breakfast facilities at weekend.

Boston …. Hotel was great but no air con …. That would only be a issue if we returned in hot weather but it’s a bit odd staying in such a nice hotel and breakfast is not available on site🤔

2nd stay

This was my second visit in 8 days and was a much better experience than the first visit. This was mainly because the fire alarm didn't disrupt our night sleep as it had three times on our first visit. The staff and facilities were very good.

Sadly this time - we’ve been once before - the bed was uncomfortable not a lot of spring very hard. Other that we had a lovely time, the lady on reception in the afternoon is very friendly and welcoming.
