Room was very clean and comfortable. All staff was wonderful. Helpful and friendly. Its quite a way from London center, but accessible by public transit in under 90 min. Walls must be thick because I heard almost nothing from other rooms.

A little disappointed

We stay at this hotel fairly regalrly usually booked theough the hotels website, this tome we booked through hotels.com as we had some loyalty points to use against the booking. Althogh the rooms are extensively identical, the room we had was particularly worn and noisy due to the extractor system immediately outside the window. Maybe this is a lower quality room for hotels.com customers to counter hotels.com commissio .

Room and service were adequate, breakfast was a bit of a let down with plates not near the food, just seemed a bit disorganised has we had to look for things rather than been set up in a functional way.

Stayed in Ibis Borehamwood overnight as we were going to see Strictly at Elstree Studios. Walking distance for train around 20 mins & 5 mins from studio. Room was clean & comfortable. Enjoyed our breakfast. Plenty variety. Buffet style replenished regent freshly cooked food. The staff were all extremely pleasant.

Not happy staying at the lbis this time , put on 5th floor and very noisy fans running all night found it very difficult to sleep , will ask for another room next time
