Not worth £195 a night

Room was large but had a very small window so no real daylight into the room. Bathroom was small, mould on the ceiling and the shower only gave out extremelyhot water as the mixer seemed broken. If it wasnt for the fan in the room the room would have been very hot as could not get any ventilation. Bed was comfortable, extremely small tv on the wall. Carpet was stained Towels were clean and soft.

Beautiful property. Front of house gentleman was extremely welcoming and really helpful. Very friendly too. Room was perfect. Extremely happy with my stay, perfect base for the concert I attended in Bedford Park.

Over priced

The room for one night was very pricey. The room was the same as most in hotels I normally book in Central London...except this room cost x3 more. There was nothing extra special to warrant the extra money.

No good if you want to sleep or eat

Very thin walls and squeaky floorboards in the room upstairs, coupled with other guests making loud phonecalls and pacing around, respectively, at 5 o'clock in the morning, after a night of them leaving their TV on loud until gone midnight, meant I didn't sleep very much. It was advertised as free parking but there weren't any spaces left. The restaurant was closed on Mondays and this wasn't mentioned in the advert. The mention of the hotel having "3 restaurants" was part of the appeal of the booking!

A well run hotel.

Seemed like a well run hotel. The hotel was fine, comfortable enough. It had been decorated on a budget, but that wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

Away for work

Hotel which was walkable into centre of Bedford (15-20 walk), Parking spaces at front, limited. Nice reception at desk, bed was comfortable, but desk would have been difficult to sit at. Ensuite shower was up a step and toilet was right behind the door (had to shut the door to use the toliet).
