As ever, excellent experience from Barnstaple’s best hotel. Only request - please make sure that the new EV charging spaces are free for EVs rather than allowing anyone to park in the space. Most frustrating when you need to charge your car…

Sound Proofing

Nice hotel but needs to take a serious look into sound proofing. The guy in the room next to me was on the phone and I could hear his conversation word for word. He may aswell made the call in my room. apart from that it was a nice stay.

Staff were very good. Hotel was in excellent condition for it's age. Our room looked out onto another building so not a great view. Parking is available but tight spots.

The hotel is quite nice and its restaurant was very nice. The only downside to our stay was that there is no air conditioning in this hotel.

It is very pleasant hotel with excellent staff. The dining room and room service fee are very expensive. There seems to be no recycling effort made in the hotel.
