Every year in June, there is a music festival in Aldeburgh, first started by Benjamin Britten, and at weekends there is boating on the estuary of the Alde.

Almost a 5*

Lovely property. However 1* removed due to not providing towels for the double room and being unable to request these until Monday (we arrived Saturday and stated only emergency calls over the weekend - which it wasn't). Also the dishwasher wasn't cleaning properly and the seal came off the oven door... some new white goods wouldn't go amiss! All in all though we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
