The hotel is near the town centre in a lovely old quaint building. The decor is a little worn but the facilities are clean and very well equipped and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Bed and bath were both very nice

The condition of the hotel was extremely tired. Carpets on the stairs, paintwork was really bad. Had the bridal suite and the mattress was terrible. Not what we were expecting sadly.

Lovely hotel, brilliant service, breakfast was amazing… However, bed was terrible. Huge dip in the middle causing pain & discomfort to back. Room was stunning, however very dark.

The room definitely needed an overhaul! Paint peeling off walls. Very compact bathroom. Also very noisy pipe work affecting sleep. However lovely dining area, considerate staff and great breakfast.
