Good hotel for a short stay

The staff were immensely friendly and welcoming. For sone reason I was given a room that had a wheelchair accessible bathroom which meant the sink was low and the bathroom was essentially a wet room. I would have preferred a conventional bathroom, but it was clean and functional. The breakfast was one of the best in terms of quality. Limited only by choice tge pork sausages and bacon were lovely! The location was a short walk from the marina and city centre. Would definitely stay here again

Much better than we had any right to expect for the money. The people in the room next door were clearly having a bit too much fun, but we can’t blame the hotel for that.

Really nice hotel and good location. Staff where very friendly and helpful only downside was the mattress it had a big divot in the middle so we ended up rolling into the middle and it was uncomfortable. Other than that no complaints

Try to park somewhere else as the price is high

Clean room, good breakfast with the addition of takeout bag, the only downside to this hotel is the Carpark cost was high, this does annoy me when staying at hotels, it’s like squeezing just a bit more out of you during your stay.

Great location & staff!

The check-in process is the quickest of any hotel I've stayed at. Staff is all very kind. Excellent customer service! The location is great as well. It was located perfectly in the middle of the city.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Always liked IHG hotels. Gold Elite Priority member for over 15yrs until they changed the rules. Missed my account expiry date by 2 days but there was no leeway and they would not honour my points. Sad that policy is so rigid. Had a period of non travel that is now over. IHG hotels are now in the pack and will no longer be my first choice. Loyalty deserves loyalty but where there is none....This hotel however was a good deal and is one of the newer ones. Good hotel.

Well situated for access to city centre. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly staff and thanks particularly for providing us with soup and bread on Saturday evening when the hotel cafeteria should have been closed. Much appreciated.

Great hotel!

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all very, VERY kind. Excellent customer service! The room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a decent size. Cheking in and out were both very quick and easy. Probably the quickest of any place I've ever stayed! The location was great as well. Bteakfast was delcious. There were tons of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Breakfast included in the price was really enjoyable - staff very friendly and helpful especially Dawn (think that was her name) lady with blonde spikey hair help sort out a problem we had with a taxi to train station. Overall very enjoyable stay
