All very moderate from check in to leaving. You didn't get a feel of being welcomed just a place to stay. Rooms were comfortable. Location was not as central as we would have liked plus value for money questionable.

We were initially dissatisfied with our original allocated room as it was impossible to sleep for what we presumed were extractor units outside the room We requested another room which the reception member solved quickly. The second room was quiet enough.to sleep

Best hotel in Chester

2nd time staying here and it was just as good as last time. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room is clean & cosy, beds are really comfy too and I slept like a log. As it was over Christmas they even gave me a card and chocolates which I thought was a nice touch. They have a great selection of cocktails and I ordered steak to my room which was perfect too. I used to stay at the Grovsnor when visiting Chester but this hotel is much more welcoming and I will stay here from now on.
