Mouse ran out of room in the night !!

Woke up in the night to see a mouse run out of the room 50% taken off the bill. Buffet breakfast mediocre at best

Great stay and staff

Very friendly and helpful staff , room clean and comfortable. Some were a little small. Good breakfast and facilities, bar drinks quiet expensive.

Stayed at the hotel several times now and its a perfect choice. Has a fitness centre and pool on site which is a great plus. Staff where great and rooms comfortable.

This would definitely be our first choice when we stay in south Manchester now. Great facilities, amazing pool & spa and good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was also good.
