Great place to stay and good location.

Had a pleasant check in, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good size, clean and tidy. Had most ammenities but lacked a fridge which would have been nice. The breakfast in the morning was really busy and staff struggled to keep up with demand at peak times, so be prepared to wait or go early.

It was amazing just a bit disappointed with breakfast a slow flow and the time we get there had to wait for the bacon. Other than that staff were helpful and friendly.

Great location from Victoria Station. Stayed one night so we didn't have to rush home drom the a.o arena. Wasn't disappointed with anything at all, lovey room, bed, staff, catering staff and service. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone considering to stay here.

Hotel was fine. Call ahead if aircon is a must.

Stayed on night for business. Air con in the room was broken and when I mentioned to the hotel reception, they said “oh yeah we know”. So they knowingly put me in a room with broken air con, in summer, and didn’t offer to give me a fan to try to make the temperature more comfortable.

Room was very spacious and clean, staff were so amazing. Very helpful, welcoming and kind! The experience wouldn't have been half as wonderful without the staff! Breakfast was a little disappointing but okay.

Cheap food let it down

The room was great-comfortable, good shower and the air conditioning worked well. The disappointment was the breakfast. I had scrambled eggs on toast with beans and mushrooms. Both the eggs and mushrooms were tasteless and watery.

Stay at Hampton was extremely nice, room and facilities perfect for a short stay. Underground parking a bonus as surrounding area for parking is known for break-ins. Location was fine a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. Parts of the hotel show signs of wear and tear but this is to be expected of most hotels. Staff were very helpful and friendly would definitely stay again.

Great location reasonable price and all in all a great value stay, very clean and quite spacious rooms. We had two large beds for a twin and both slept very well. Would happily stay here again.
