Very nice adults only resort with everything close by and accessible. Restaurants are great as well. Carlos, our server by the pools and inside was great and even noticed us waiting to leave and said good bye!

24 hour room service was awesome. It was very inconvenient that the buffet was closed for supper Monday through Wednesday. Dinks were obviously watered down at some bars and there was no consistency in the taste of drinks from one bar to the next. Pool towels weren’t always available. Patio doors made a loud howling noise from the wind every night. There was a group of 20 of us and each of our 10 rooms all had the same issue. It made it hard to sleep at times. 24 hour pool access was nice. We actually used the pool quite often at night.

The service was great and the food was also great but they often have water problems in the shower and the drinks weren’t too great the alcohol tasted like diluted unless you have access to the serenity lounge. The Butler was great
