Food order was wrong and took a long time. Uncomfortable pillows but worst of all, the shower head was too low for me to wash under. I'm only 6ft2" ! I need to stay in the area regularly but I wouldn't stay here again.

Best hotel in the area

I was staying 2 nights but before the trip I had to book 2 different rooms because of availability. When I arrived they had booked me into the same room for both night and I was upgraded to a room that might be bigger than my flat :) Excellent service from front desk to room service staff, staff at breakfast etc.

Not the best customer service. Not offered any help with bags and asked for my breakfast order whilst walking away as though couldn’t be arsed. Room noisy and doors banging on a night. Found a bug on plate at breakfast which made me feel sick but the staff were apologetic. Gym crowded and classes full.

The spa is absolutely superb and worth the money. It’s very luxurious. Room was absolutely beautiful ! We did upgrade to the next level up from the standard room ( well worth it ) the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back.
