When i fell and asked for ice they told me there was none. However 2 hours later when they saw how bad my injuries were someone was able to find some. I will not be staying there again. Breakfast was dreadful

Reception staff were very helpful on arrival and departure. The buffet breakfast was good particularly for the price. However on the minus side the accommodation was very sparse for the £93 price tag and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Really does live up to the budget name

We booked the ibis budget as the price point was reasonable. Unfortunately it really was budget. The room was a twin on the lower floor. It was -2 outside and the windows were letting in a draft. The shower smelt of bad sewage and the divider between the beds was loose. Luckily we stayed out of the room as much as possible. The hotel also greeted you with a smashed window on entering the building. On a positive note the staff were really friendly

Really helpful and cheerful staff in a non-nonsense and clean hotel with a very comfortable bed, with a good shower. What more could you want? I didn’t have time for breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Quite an old hotel. Bed is okay but shower stank. Breakfast options are very limited, with only cereal, toast and yoghurts with teas and coffees etc. Reception area is nice. No phone or table in the rooms either. Good for a last minute option if you only need a place to sleep and dont care for much else but if you have options, do not choose here

Very disappointed with hotel rooms were crammed in so no space bed very uncomfortable lie on mattress and you go to base of bed which resulted in bad back and no sleep. asked for extra pillows as only had one was told did not have any and gave us a rolled up duvet with no cover - no tea or coffee facilities in room.very basic hotel and very disappointed I cancelled our extra night. Staff however were helpful and friendly.

My room stunk of cigarettes when I woke up I felt like I had a sore throat. Someone tried to get in my room in the middle of the night. The surrounding area didn't feel safe and the Bed wasn't comfortable. I could also hear everything going on in other rooms. I wasn't expecting anything great as it's a budget hotel but it wasn't worth the saving as I couldn't sleep so I checked out on the first morning and went somewhere else. I complained but the person said cause I had not complained straight away and stayed in the room he couldn't refund me. I had booked in for 3 nights I stayed one. Moral of the story pay a bit extra for a premier inn. I have stayed in nicer hostels.
