When i fell and asked for ice they told me there was none. However 2 hours later when they saw how bad my injuries were someone was able to find some. I will not be staying there again. Breakfast was dreadful

Booked in for one night here knowing it was a budget hotel. The noise in our 4th floor room from the club at street level was unbelievable. We could hear full conversations on the street but couldn't hear our television in the room. Parking is pay per day. Breakfast was available for an extra charge as well.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay £8 a day to use the car park. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this was the only one that charged. One main reason I won't be staying there again.

My room itself was basic, which was what I expected from a budget hotel. The shower and sink were clean, but decoratively the room and fittings were shabby and the hard floor in the room wasn’t clean and I picked up lots of dust on my socks. Mattress was thin, so not the most comfortable two nights. Also I had difficulties with the access card EVERY TIME I tried to get in my room, meaning multiple trips up and down in the lift to try the key, change the key, or be given information on the ‘knack’ to getting it to work. Not a bad stay, but would definitely not choose to stay here again.

Budget hotel - friendly staff.

Budget hotel with small rooms and small toilet room and shower built in main room. Staff were very warm and welcoming and breakfast nice but continental only. Hotel good location for 02 and Arenas.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Located very conveniently in Birmingham, within easy walking distance to New Street and Broad Street. Breakfast provided all the options of food and drink that you would expect. Staff were pleasant, especially Raseem (probably spelled his name incorrectly) at reception, who was really helpful.

Unsafe

This is a city centre hotel which advertises parking. I arrived to be told the hotel car park was full and I had to walk late at night along a dark back street to a public car park that cost £11 per night when reception advised me would cost £7. The walk to the car park felt very unsafe to a single female.

Never again.

Smelt of urine in the hallways when we arrived and upon leaving extremely promptly the follow morning, everywhere smelt strongly of weed. The smell was so overpowering, it was absolutely disgusting. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were the same. Honest review and wouldn’t set foot in the place again. Felt very unsafe due to the type of people hanging around at night
