Staff were really friendly and the hotel was brilliant for what we needed with walking into the city centre. Special shout out to Emmanuel in the Club Lounge, he was excellent, very polite and great customer er service!

Lovely one night stay! Excellent location, new modern rooms. Staff were fantastic! Everyone working here is super friendly, helpful and enthusiastic! Great breakfast, lots of choice! Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Culture Club and Christmas Market weekend.

I would definitely recommend this hotel from checking in to checking out. The staff were friendly but professional. When checking in the receptionist looked to see if a room was available so she could check us in early so, we were able to go to our room at 11am instead of 3pm. The room was welcoming and spotless. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, the choice of breakfast was past expectations. My friend is vegetarian and the cooked breakfast was spot on, the staff couldn't do enough to make your stay special.

Very very disappointed

This wasn't the experience I expected. First of all when we arrived I rang reception to enquire about what the arrangements were regarding parking, the man I spoke to couldn't understand a word I was saying to him and lacked any knowledge of wether I had to pay before or after, how to pay etc etc. We checked in and at first it was ok but after looking closer there was an old screwed up pillow case on the floor which was absolutely filthy, disgusting. The bins had no bin bags in them either which again I found very bad. Me and my partner went out for the day and came back in the evening and went to our room, I think I got maybe 2 hours sleep if that, the room next door sounded like they were having what can only be described as a sex party. Fair play they were clearly enjoying themselves but I really don't want to listen. It was the worst sleep I've had in a long time, mattress was also to hard for my liking. I rang reception but no answer on 3 occasions. This has to be the biggest disappointment staying at a hotel I expected more from. I'd of been better off staying in a B&B. Not happy and will be taking this further.

Great location, lovely refurbished hotel, lovely staff, only drawback was the very noisy AC. I do love my sleep so need a decently temperature without the loud noise.
