Great stay

Nice comfortable rooms had a brilliant nights sleep breakfast was brilliant loads of choice just one small thing shower and shampoo bottles were empty but we did have our own staff were very welcoming especially at breakfast

Great all round. Will definitely come back. Breakfast was amazing. Although my wife had a nut allergy and around the Pan a raisins area it wasn't clear if nuts were in some of the products which was a shame.The symbol was unclear but the staff did try to help.The only fault we had .

Not terrible- but not awesome

Amazing location. Generally quiet (other than people letting the doors slam). The room required attention. AC didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Bath plug was broken. Marked walls and carpets. No fan in the bathroom so got very steamed up. The room smelt fusty and the bathroom smelt bad.

Excellent location for access to canal side bars and restaurants and central Birmingham. Comfortable room which had good facilities and was clean and well presented. We didn't eat breakfast but attended a function and the food was lovely. Staff all friendly and helpful. Nice bar on ground floor. We were on the 11th floor and the road noise at night was noticeable but the hotel did provide ear-plugs. We parked in Q-Park which was an easy walk and there is a drop off outside the hotel for loading and un-loading. Would definitely stay again.

The windows are not good. They let a lot of traffic noise in. If they can't change the windows - extra glass inside? They need to put up sound deadening curtains which are not expensive.
