Very good hotel and very clean . The young lady was very welcoming and very helpful her name was Taran real asset to the company. Next time we are in Birmingham we use this hotel for sure .

We stayed at the Leonardo for one night in order to go see a show at Symphony Hall. We needed somewhere that was convenient, with parking and easy to drive to. We got all that and more. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and our rooms were overall very lovely.

Staff very friendly and chicken Caesar salad in the restaurant was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Really like this hotel; would unreservedly recommend.

Great Hotel

The Prosecco,Mince Pies and crackers were a nice touch at Christmas and the hotel has greatly improved since I last stayed here when it was a Jury’s Inn.

German Christmas Market

We went for Christmas Market, hotel was close to the market. Room was on 10 th floor, clean and nice. Maybe some room airfresher was missing but otherwise all great. I will go again to this hotel.
