Convenient location right outside the airport. Friendly staff, decent sized rooms. Bathroom was a little run down. Perfectly fine for an overnight before a flight

Right on the doorstep of the departure gate entrance of Birmingham International it is ideal for overnight stays before early flights. Lovely staff at too!

Birmingham airport Novotel stay.

Had a short stay at Birmingham Airport Novotel to recover from a night flight. Room was comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. Reception staff checked us in early and even took our trolley back for us as we wanted to turn in straight away. The room was very well insulated from the aircraft noise.

Couldn't ask for a better located Hotel, both to the airport and NEC, good transport links into Birmingham at not a great cost. Excellent breakfast and comfortable beds.Great overall.

Arrived at 1am following a flight to be told the key system wasn't working only to be walked around to an Ibis budget hotel which is smaller than my child's university form room. I complained and was told I would be refunded and not even that has been done. Appalling stick with Hilton next time.

Short stay

Check in was seamless, room was comfortable, food and service in the restaurant was poor and certainly not gourmet standard as advertised. Parking at the NCP parking nearby is outrageously expensive therefore the 50% discount provided by the hotel is a must.
