First room allocated the tv wasn’t working and toilet seat would not stay up. Second room toilet seat again wouldn’t stay up and toilet paper holder broken

Location was great for exploring Birmingham City Centre and close to a tram stop. The room was great - good size, good facilities and clean. Lifts however were an issue with only 2 working and the capacity of the lifts it meant you had to wait a while to get in. Breakfast was also disappointing. Staff were unhelpful and when we arrived at 10am there were no mugs and bits missing from the buffet. Definitely would recommend going earlier for a better service.

This hotel is conveniently located for the tram stop giving a regular service to New Street rail station. Also it is in walking distance of the City Centre and all that this has to offer. I found the staff very helpful at check-in advising how to find the local bars and restaurants.

Great location

Great location with a short walk into the centre of town. Discounted Car park nearby. Walt for lift was rather long on the higher levels. Poor breakfast but it was free.
