Hilton Garden Inn, great airport stay

We had a room facing the Jet 2 runway. Room was gŕeat. Nice shower and Crabtree and Evelyn products. Comfy bed, nice linens. We stayed prior to an early morning flight, and stayed hear a couple of times. Its so convenient for Bhx. We had dinner in Odyssey, it was pricey, but really lovely.

Excellent location, good price, good service

So pleased to get a runway view room which was fascinating as even late at night, there were people servicing the planes. Good choice of food and wine in the bar and the breakfast was just right for an early start. It was a short walk from the car park and then on to the terminal.

Average, did the job. Just! And with a fight.

At check in it was a fight to get the half board I had paid for even though I was showing my booking. Rooms are great, except my lights barely worked, but food at the restaurant distinctly average.

Nice hotel, only 1 issue

This hotel is quite nice. I had to use it as my flight got cancelled and I got another the following evening so I booked in. My only issue with the hotel was the maid knocking my door and coming into the room at 8am on a Sunday morning! Safe to say that was me startled, waking up and jumping out of bed not knowing what was going on! Surely there should be some system that reception tells the housekeeping when someone has checked out so they can then service the room as opposed to waking people who want to sleep on.
