Great location for city centre

First time staying at this hotel. Just visited for a few days to do some Xmas shopping and for the German market. Hotel very central to everything. Room clean and bed very comfortable and breakfast also fine. Overall a good place to stay and would happily stay there in future.

staff were really nice room was nice and clean was allowed to check in early at no cost which was very helpful issues with key cards not working breakfast was mixed not much options for vegans or vegaterians. hot food let it down as quality was poor

Perfect little stay.

The check in process was super easy, the staff were lovely and even brought me a really nice pillow later on in the evening. The breakfast was well laid out and checkout was very straight forward. We've changed our hotel reservation for next month to this hotel because of how good it was.

Clean room , however disaster with the loft seemed only one works and when you did get in it took you to all floors to pick and drop off spent ten min just getting to the bottom floor yes I should have walked but had a few luggage bags … Breakfast could be slightly better was cold a lot of the food even with hot plates .

Left the hotel hungry.

The queue far breakfast was ridiculous. I could not get near the hot food buffet. As a result left the hotel without having the breakfast I had paid for. According to a member of staff, there were 500 people expected.
