There was some construction or cleaning going on around the hotel but they weren’t noisy. The front desk staff was rude. Chatting amongst themselves and not caring that I was standing at the desk waiting to check in. When asking a question on my way out, I got an eye role and felt as if I was inconveniencing the lady at the counter. The room was perfectly fine but my AC unit was so loud.

We booked two rooms and one of them had problems with the lighting in the centre of the beds and when we called we were told there was no electricians on site and nothing could be done.

Nice hotel

Nice, clean room. Decent pool and hot tub. Super expensive breakfast that should have been included in the price of the room. Not even free coffee in the morning. The lady who checked us in at 6pm was the same person who checked us out at 10am the next morning. Thats too long of a shift..Hilton needs to do better.

We liked it! Walls are a bit thin and hot tub jets were a bit too high that’s about all we didn’t like. More to like than dislike for sure

I don’t have any good words for the check-in personnel. I’m travelling with my son 32 years of old and they gave me a room with one king size bedroom. Despite my utmost request he refused to consider to give us a 2 bedroom room. He said it’s not their fault that Expedia made the mistake. He asked me to call Expedia. It was 9:30 pm and I was unable to contact Expedia. The personnel was adamant to do something for us. I never had a worse experience like this. I don’t recommend any body to go to Hilton Inn.

Unable to sleep

My stay here at the Hilton has been a horrible stay from the moment that I walked in the staff had no knowledge of what was going on in the property construction is being done on the weekends and we was unaware of it on top of that the refrigerator in my room did not work the TV did not work without assistance. I'm very unhappy with my stay here at the Hilton very unhappy I will send videos of my displeasure if needed. And then on the way out exiting the hotel tiles fell from on top of the roof onto my friend thank God that she didn't get hurt by dodging quickly but there was definitely no yellow tape caution in anybody not to walk in that area and there was debris flying off of the roof while the men were working very unhappy stay
