So for context the proximity of this location to the heart of times square was perfect. The amenities that was offered was nice such as wine tasting on Tuesday's. I'm a breastfeeding mom and I thought they were trying to pull a whammy when I requested a refrigerator to store my milk they said it would be 30$ charge for each night of my stay. Also if you have food that needs to be warmed up via microwave there's a 30$ a night fee. 😤

Hotel and staff were great, room was big enough for king bed with view of a building window so no view sadly, and bathroom was extra tight to get into. Otherwise, hotel is in a great location, steps from Times Square and Broadway, we loved that part!

There was nothing i didn't like about this property (and I'm hard to please). It has 2 restaurants and a cocktail bar. It has breakfast available for $6.50 pp (free if you grab and go)and the food was delicious (agian, I'm hard to please). I definitely recommend

I was very unhappy with the room. It was not very clean, there was loud people in the halls, the cleaners were vacuuming the halls at 7:00am on a Sunday. There was flag poles out side of our hotel room window and the wind was making the flag slam around all night making it hard to sleep. All of these things would be okay if the room wasn’t over $600.00 for one night!

If you want to stay right next to Times Square this is a great place to stay. It’s a busy hotel but the staff were super helpful

Not impressed at all. The room as pictured on Expedia should be looked into. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos. Completely out dated and to add there is zero ventilation on the bathroom. We did not receive what was advertised at all. And to add to it? The worst part is we booked on Expedia and got to the hotel excited and go to the front desk and they say there is an extra 200 dollar charge.. for no reason at all. That should be included. This hotel is a scam. Do yourself a favor DO NOT BOOK. We are not impressed and wouldn’t stay again. Do BETTER

Worst hotel for family. We got the family suit and we thought it was gonna be roomey with nice view how they advertise. It was awful tight. Yes there was three big beds but that's about it. The bathroom doesn't even fit one person. No view. Room is dark. NO mirrors only bathroom. Some people had to go to lobby just to put make up on. Bathroom curtains didn't even stay shut . Didn't refill our body wash for 4 days. The expected a family of 7 to use one small body wash.. do not stay here if you have family. They said only small rooms got view. We felt we being punished getting a suit or punished having big family. Front desk didn't wanna help us and all they could say all fully booked. Only helpful person was doorman. I would not recommend this property to anyone..I would never stay here again.

Let me start with the only downside about the property - the rooms are on the smaller side (ots an older building - thats just how they were made), but the fact that they manage to fit 2 queen beds in the room more than makes up for it. Now for the many positives - excellency location - just steps away from Times Square and minutes from any theater we attended. Beautiful art-deco style added to the overall ambiance, and the building is very well staffed and maintained. I would happily stay here again.

Great location to access Broadway and at the heart of Time Square. The room we had was peaceful and quiet and allowed you to escape the noise and huddle and bustle of NY. The £220 additional charge was an unwelcome surprise

Location!!! Excellent Grab and Go free breakfast for all. 1 min walking distance from Time Square. Option to fill water Bottles. Great bed. Great service and on call maintenance service. Great overall.
