This hotel was very quaint. I loved the rock wall in our room. The breakfast was great! Easy walk to Old Quebec City. Bed was comfortable. I would book this hotel again!

We stay at the Edison often, and love its location. My only issue this time is that the towel hooks in the bathroom and the peep hole on the door (Room 337) were way too high for me to reach.

though pricey, it was worth it for a great location in Manhattan just steps away from Times Square and the Broadway shows. We stayed on a Friday night when a happy hour with wine and great entertainment from a duo was offered in the lobby. We enjoyed it so much. Also our reservation included a great breakfast deal in the morning. There were two very nice restaurants on-site.

Good location, close to Time sqaure but very noisy at night, I mean extremely noisy, the hotel needs better sound proofing from the outside noise, as it sounds like the street noise is just outside your bedroom door and we were on the 9th floor. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, just a bit tired looking, in need of a make over. The outside area street was quite dirty, compared to other hotels where I have stopped in NYC before.

Overall, my visit was good. Check in person lacked some customer service skills, other staff were very courteous. As an elder person, my big concern is the danger of falling, I was displeased when I was unable to get a rubber mat to place in the bath tub, falls in bather tubs/showers are the most common accidents for the elderly, would recommend putting rubber mats in bathtubs/.showers. Bobby the porter was especially pleasant and efficient Thanks you.

Room was comfortable and spacious. Included breakfast options were great. All hotel staff were kind and helpful. Located in busy Times Square, however it felt safe. Very convenient location.

The hotel is in a great location and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large. The issue was there were only 2 empty outlets and not much lighting if you did not use the window.
