My stay came with free breakfast and dinner from Monday to Thursday when I purchased my vacation package. The meals were very delicious. The location is a bit far from Manhattan, but I saved a lot money from parking fees since the property offers free parking. The room I had was very clean.

Overall we thought that this hotel offered great value, with free dinner and breakfast. The staff was friendly and our bedroom was very spacious and comfy. Yes, the carpet is a bit old and could use a good shampooing, but all in all, we had a great stay

Room was very clean and pleasant and bed was very comfortable. I think they should stop including a feather pillow on the beds, though -- lots of people are allergic to them! Front desk staff was friendly and responsive. Room service tray said to hit "0" and the tray would be picked up from the hallway, but the tray wasn't picked up until almost 12 hours later. That seems like a bad idea insect-wise, though, to be fair, I saw no insects or traces of them anywhere. Just a heads up that affiliated restaurant Volpe sometimes closes their kitchen over an hour before their stated closing time.

Suite was very clean and very nicely appointed. Bed was quite comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool or hot tub as it was cold, but they looked good. Staff at the front desk and elsewhere were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff noticed what I used (like washcloths, etc.) and gave me extra the next day. Elevators worked well. I would definitely stay here again! Shower was a tad confusing to operate but ultimately very pleasant, with rainfall and handheld options. I didn't try it, but several nights per week, they have a free dinner option, which is a great idea. I ordered room service, but it was a bit confusing. I meant to order from Volpe restaurant on the property but wound up ordering from the bar menu for their restaurant lounge instead. The food I got was generally fine (though they should describe the chocolate layer cake more completely -- it does not have chocolate frosting but more like a caramel), and the spiral fries were very tasty. The food from Volpe sounded really good online, but the menu was only available via QR code in the room, which didn't work for me and led to my ordering from the wrong place.
