Disappointing
The keyless entry was frustrating. The code wouldn’t work and I had to lug my 4 year old and all our luggage back and forth multiple times to the front desk before the code worked. There were no outlets by the bed so I couldn’t charge my phone or keep my daughters white noise by the bed. The bed was absolutely terrible. It was so so so hard. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The curtains let in quite a bit a light. The room itself was nice aestheticly and it was very large which is always a nice surprise in NYC but I was still disappointed with the things that really bring comfort and ease.

First time in New York, and we were so lucky to choose this hotel, right by Battery Park ( it’s in the name so a bit of a clue) but also very close to the 9/11 memorial, it’s a nice walk up the Hudson River to get there, very near Leo’s Bagel Shop, ( cracking bagels Grommet!) Bowling Green Subway Station connects to everywhere, and the 4 train takes you straight to Yankees Stadium. Great room, well appointed, kitchen, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, really comfortable bed, plenty of storage. The staff are really friendly and very helpful for a novice to New York.

Great property I like the automated check in they have and the option to use your phone as your pass key. The apartment was new and fresh looking but the floors felt a bit sticky. The size was very very good for NYC the bedroom was seperate from the kitchen and living room and it didn’t feel cramped as most suite type accommodation in NYC do. Easy access to multiple subway lines particularly the 1 which was 1 minute away and the 4 only 2-3 blocks away.
