Missat incheckningstid med två timmar.
Check-in 16.00 (sen tid) tyvärr var inte städning av rummet ens påbörjad. Vi fick besked det tar 30 min till, 30 min till osv. Rummet klart 18.00 två timmar efter inchecknings tid. Enligt personal från reception personalbrist. Men med tre sällskap väntandes i receptionen borde dessa rums städning prioriteras. AC så högljudd att det inte gick att sova. Fick stängas av under natten. En handduk på badrummet saknades. Fick påpeka två gånger till reception innan vi fick var sin handduk. Handtag på byrå och dörr till badrummet var löst. Fanns godispapper på golvet, golv städat? Skåpslucka dåligt justerad. Planlösning av rum och utrustning var bra.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartments at Sonder, and it exceeded all my expectations. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was incredibly convenient, providing easy access to major attractions and making my trip seamless. This was our first stay at a Sonder, and wow we loved it. It’s like Airbnb, only better. The area was fantastic, and the unit was clean and nice. We will stay at a Sonder in which ever cities Sonders are available.

To few lamps in the room. The lamp next to the bed should have hade shades so the person next to you could sleep while you read a book.Also prearferibly if used varm white light bulbs. A floor standing light next to the bedsofa for reading would be good.

This was a fantastic stay, we had a superior room with fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer. Bed was very comfortable and beautiful views. Very helpful staff who helped us with enquiries without any hassle. We will stay again. Perfect location.

Safe and secure. A bit noisy being just outside the Carey tunnel. Generally a nice place to stay but a few things I would change…Bed is very low. Sheets were not soft and the TV was wall mounted off to the right of the room and did not move to make it easier to see from the bed. There is a whole empty wall at the end of the bed.
